The Joshis wanted to open up their closed kitchen into the living area and completely modernise it on a practical budget.
Marvel Homes removed the non-structural partition, designed an L-shaped modular kitchen with a breakfast counter facing the living room. The shutters are membrane-finish in ivory white, with a black granite countertop as the accent. A full-height pantry unit maximises storage. The open layout makes the 650 sqft feel significantly larger and the family now uses the kitchen as a social space.
